The Youth Organizing Committee for the forum consists of 10 university students and young adults.

Alongside the forum’s main events, they are responsible for planning and managing interactive booths on topics like employment, peace, and the environment. They will also document and promote booth activities, working with JDC to ensure the forum reflects a youth-driven approach.
