Your personal information will be collected and used for participant registration and communication related to The 5th Young Leaders Forum, Jeju.
2. Information to Be Collected
Name, gender, age, nationality, contact information, organization, position/title, email address, and place of residence.
3. Recipient of Information
Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC).
4. Retention Period
Your information will be kept for 12 months from the date of collection and then permanently deleted.
5. Right to Refuse and Consequences
You may choose not to provide your personal information. However, please note that if you do not consent, you may not be able to participate in The 5th Young Leaders Forum, Jeju.

1. Purpose and Use
Photos and videos may be taken during The 5th Young Leaders Forum, Jeju for event documentation and promotional purposes, including use in Sebasi (15 Minutes to Change the World) talk videos and posting on official channels (social media, website, press materials, etc.).
2. Retention Period
Photos and videos may be used and retained for up to three (3) years from the date of consent.
3. Editing of Materials
Materials may be edited only within reasonable limits that do not harm or misrepresent the individual.
4. Ownership and Copyright
The ownership and copyright of all photos and videos belong to the Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC).
*You may withdraw your consent to the use of your portrait at any time after three years by notifying JDC. Please note that withdrawal will not affect any use made before the withdrawal date.
